Position Description:
1.Lead Global Supply Chain (GSC) 3-5 years’ strategic transformation roadmap design, analysis and cascading to build GSC long-term competency
2.Re-design and continue to optimize GSC operations model as well as organization, process to drive GSC operational excellence
3. Host GSC risk management council with cross functional teams to identify, analyze, assess, mitigate long term risks to improve GSC overall resilience.
4. Lead GSC annual strategic planning program through cooperation with functional teams to design vision, mission, VOC analysis, competitor benchmarking, strategic initiatives and action plan; ensure the execution progress and outcome to realize strategic goals.
Position Requirements:
1. Fortune 500 global supply chain leadership role with 15+years E2E supply chain operation and strategy management experience; Gartner top 25 company supply chain expert preferred
2. Strategic thinking, strong influence and leadership skills
3. Deep insights in PC/ mobile or consumer electronics industry
4. Be used to working in multinational culture environment
5. Ambitious and strong self-motivation
6. Top global consulting firm in supply chain strategy and transformation management is preferred

Position Summary:
Procurement Brand Management Director responsible for organization‘s KPI with proper measurement tools in place, work at the company level focusing on coordinating with all internal related team on developing strategies with Procurement’s other functions and involved working with the sourcing teams in the development of commodity strategies to support the business unites.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Manage PMB tower to execute strategic actions and other daily PBM activities to ensure the KPIs are achieved and processes followed
2. Lead the development and communication of the supply chain strategy to include documentation of product commodity source plans
3. Make strategic decisions with the business unit to include product decisions, make-vs-buy decisions, and trade-offs
4. Lead discussions with Procurement’s Executive management team as well as the Business Unit’s Executive management team as required
5. Lead process management and communication within the organization as well as with the business unit.
6. Maintain talent and enhance PBM team’s competence.
Qualifications, Skills and Abilities:
1. 15 years of respective working experiences, some level of supply chain/procurement sourcing experience needed, component engineering or design engineering highly preferred
2. Knowledge of the PC product/technical related and familiar with the E2E supply chain operation process highly preferred.
3. Interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to collaborate, negotiate, think strategically, make decisions. Ability to work at both strategic level & execute tactically as required.
4. Good command of English, strong written and oral English to allow daily correspondence to resolve business issue, especially a highly understanding on technical words and general acronym used in industry
